About Our Selection Process
Because our hiring process requires the involvement of many people – including you – it can take some time to schedule interview dates that will work for everyone. We appreciate your flexibility and patience as we work things through to ensure a great interview experience for you. Interviewing at Merkle will require time and commitment from you, not just on your interview day, but in the preparation time you’ll need in the days leading up to your visit. We often hear from job candidates, including those who we don’t end up hiring, that the preparation they did made them think hard about themselves, what they really love to do and why they wanted to come to Merkle.
