Merkle is proud to be part of the 2012 Bridge Conference, taking place August 7th-9th at the Gaylord National Hotel and Conference Center, National Harbor, Maryland.

On Wednesday, August 8th at 8:15am, Jeff Regen, General Manager, Nonprofit Practice, Merkle will present a session entitled "Multichannel 2.0: Source of Sustainer Abundance" with Lindsey Twombly, Associate Director of Online Mobilization and Social Media, Human Rights Campaign.

This session will dive into the next generation of case studies including looking at:  Multichannel onboarding (i.e., "welcome") streams for converting new supporters to sustainers; how to leverage both behavioral and demographic data for segmentation and messaging; and cutting edge techniques for converting supporters to sustainers online. Case studies discussed in this session will include a deep-dive into the approach taken by the Human Rights Campaign.
